This is an interim position for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. The permanent principal position will be posted in the spring, and the interim principal is encouraged to apply
Who we are: Eastpointe Community Schools is in the business of educating the whole child while supporting social, emotional and physical needs. Our partnership with the Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) and Michigan Department of Education (MDE) supports our District Strategic Plan. Part of our continued growth and improvement involves increasing educational expectations, developing a culture of support, and nurturing all students to address academic, behavioral, and interpersonal needs. Eastpointe Middle School is a 6th & 7th grade Title I school with a student population of around 320 students.

Leaders who build strong relationships and leadership capacity within others is critical.
Job Qualifications:
- Masters in Educational Administration or related field
- State of Michigan School Administrative Certification, or in process
- Administrative or Leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience
- Successful record of school turnaround leadership
Salary Data: $92,010- $107,565.33 plus benefits package
