We’re looking for a skilled visual storyteller with a strong design sensibility and a knack for bringing ideas to life. As a Presentation Design Specialist, you’ll support new business efforts by creating visually compelling materials that help our work stand out—from RFIs and RFPs to scope proposals and presentations.
You’ll partner with pitch teams to develop custom design systems for each opportunity, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines while translating complex content into clear, engaging visuals. From initial concepts through final refinements, you’ll help ensure every presentation is thoughtful, polished, and built to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Keynote presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and scope proposals that align with business objectives.
- Create custom design systems for each pitch, including color palettes, graphic elements, slide templates, and meeting materials, align with design guidelines.
- Translate complex content, such as strategic frameworks, agency processes, charts, graphs, and staffing plans, into clear, visually engaging formats.
- Collaborate with pitch teams to design and revise content, ensuring consistency across all presentation materials.
- Discern and distill key points to ensure the visual message aligns too overall messaging
- Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines throughout the presentation process.
- Develop and customize design systems for presentations, ensuring alignment with client branding and adherence to established design guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience designing presentations, including Keynote presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and scope proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience designing materials as part of the new business process, including Keynote presentations, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Strong proficiently in Keynote, PowerPoint, and other presentation platforms, with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing revisions and working with pitch teams in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel for onsite pitches and adaptability to shifting priorities as final presentations approach.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.- Experience designing materials required as part of the new business process - RFIs, RFPs, Keynote Presentations, Scope proposals
