English to Speakers of Other Languages (ENL Teacher) - Probationary Position
Requirements: We are currently looking for a dynamic ENL Teacher with effective collaboration skills, strong work ethic, as well as the ability to motivate students, to instill a love for learning. The chosen candidates must have the following skills:
Expertise in developing and delivering lessons that align with N.Y. State Standards
Ability to use a variety of instructional techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including differentiated instruction and technology integration
Incorporate cultural components into lessons to enhance students' understanding of other cultures
Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and events
Expertise in creating a positive learning environment
Communicates effectively with all members of the school community
