Job Title
Part Time Facilities Manager
Brief Job Description
The Facilities Manager (FM) will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the facility, organization of the work area, coordination of major repairs with third party vendors, and purchasing supplies for upcoming projects.
PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE:
The FM must have hands-on technical skills to handle repair jobs around the club including minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
- Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments.
- Coordinate with the Buildings and Grounds Committee, and Marina Committee and communicate with external contractors and vendors.
- Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
TASKS:
- Keep work and storage areas organized.
- Perform weekly walk-through to identify areas in need of repair/replacement.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Candidate Qualifications
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate with staff.
- Time management and multi-tasking skills

$20 – $25/hour
Expected to work 16 – 20 hours per week
