We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support a key compliance initiative as we transition to a global system for managing paid time off programs.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter and maintain data within company systems.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.
- Update existing records with new or revised information.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure data security.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Support the HR Compliance Program Manager and stakeholders in compliance initiatives related to Paid Time Off programs .
- Communicate updates effectively to internal teams.
