Job Summary
To oversee the function of the Eastridge office, providing continuous support to the staff and administration.
Report To:
CEO, CFO, Regional Asset Manager and Property Manager.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- 1. Ability to navigate Yardi systems
- 2. Being the first point of contact for guest and tenants.
- 3. Answering phone calls/screening phone calls, addressing customer inquires and concerns.
- 4. Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sending mail/emails, filing documents, data entry, photocopying and scanning.
- 5. Maintain property records.
- 6. Assisting the Property Manager in various tasks.
- 7. Must be able to multitask or have the ability to take on more than one role to support the Property Manager.
Specialty Leasing Responsibilities:
- 1. High level of understanding the mall tenant needs.
- 2. Coordinating lease terms, lease negotiations, lease language, and manage disputes.
- 3. Canvass multiple areas to attract new Tenants.
- 4. Set Quarterly leasing goals.
- 5. Hold bi-weekly meetings with the Property Manager and Regional Asset Manager.
- 6. Advertising and showing available spaces to prospective tenants.
- 7. Maintain Tenant relationships.
- 8. Staying up to date with real estate laws and regulations.
Skills:
- 1. Excellent communication and listening skills
- 2. Great organizational and prioritization skills
- 3. Must recognize, retain, and preserve confidential information
- 4. Knowledge and experience working with general office equipment.
- 5. Must have knowledge of common office software products
Requirements:
- 1. Must have 2 years of experience in Office Assisting.
- 2. Must have 3 years of experience in Leasing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
