Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating payment terms to align with cash flow objectives and improve financial efficiency.
- Implement AP automation solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual workload, and enhance accuracy.
- Reconcile the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger, ensuring proper accounting treatment and financial reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with distribution centers to enhance invoice matching, resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
