We are excited to offer a direct hire opportunity for an Assembler in Mesa, working with a company that designs and manufactures interconnect products for the Military, Commercial Aerospace, and Industrial markets.
Base Pay 5% shift differential
Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products by accurately reading and following blueprints and job instructions.
- Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality meets internal and customer standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Required Certifications: IPC-610/620 and J-STD-001.
- At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in soldering and wire crimping.
- Prior experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret job layouts, blueprints, schematics, and verbal/written instructions.
- Basic understanding of AS-9100 standards is a plus.
