We are currently hiring an Associate Lead for 1st and 2nd shifts at a leading company specializing in neuroendovascular treatments with innovative technology in Aliso Viejo, CA .
Position Overview :
The Associate Lead is responsible for assembling and sub-assembling medical devices under limited supervision, following manufacturing guidelines. This role also supports the Lead and Supervisor in coordinating production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble products according to manufacturing instructions.
- Accurately record data related to product assembly.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Technicians, Engineers, or Supervisors for solutions.
- Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist Engineers and Supervisors with special assembly requests.
- Support the Production Lead in addressing daily production needs, including staffing, materials, and equipment status.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with team members to achieve production goals.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Train other assemblers on certified manufacturing procedures as directed.
- Step in as a Production Lead when needed.
- Provide performance feedback to the Lead and Supervisor.
- Meet productivity metrics by using time and resources efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
