What You’ll Do:
- Lead business development strategies for assigned practice and industry groups
- Manage RFPs, proposals, client development plans, and marketing collateral
- Conduct market analysis and client research to drive strategic decision-making
- Coordinate thought leadership, rankings, events, and client engagement efforts
- Supervise and develop junior marketing staff and collaborate firm-wide
What We’re Looking For:
- 8 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM and pipeline tools like InterAction, Salesforce, or Foundation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
