We are currently hiring a Chemical Process Operator for the world’s largest engine PMA manufacturer and aircraft supply store in Phoenix, AZ.
Position Overview:
As a Chemical Process Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality and efficiency. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact the success of our operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stations.
- Prepare and mix materials according to specifications.
- Load and unload parts and materials from equipment.
- Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow work instructions and specifications.
- Capable of sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting 25 lbs for extended periods (8 hours).
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
