Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Setter for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader in high-purity materials for the telecommunications, medical, and semiconductor industries.
- Location: Chandler, AZ
- Pay: $25/hour
- Shifts Available: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Paid for 40 hours)

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and tear down CNC tooling including end mills and drills
- Use pre-setters and balancers to prepare tools for production
- Maintain tooling inventory, cabinets, fixtures, and shadow boards
- Support lean manufacturing practices including 5S and Kanban systems
- Train other team members and support production uptime
What We’re Looking For:
- CNC tooling experience with knowledge of pre-setters and calipers
- Familiarity with Kanban, inventory systems, and lean manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
