Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Mill Technician for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge materials specialist known for manufacturing the highest purity fused silica and advanced ceramics in a state-of-the-art facility.
- Location: Chandler, AZ
- Pay: $31/hour Shift Differential
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Mon – Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon – Thurs, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Fri – Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mill machines for ceramic components
- Interpret blueprints and calibrate tools to meet product specs
- Act as Cell Lead, coordinating daily operations and training team members
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot and correct programming errors as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of CNC experience, including programming knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and CNC-related tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
