What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Coordinator position at Eastridge?
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join the team! This individual will work under moderate supervision in the call center to achieve overall sales goals as set forth by service management. They will conduct outbound customer calls to a pre-determined list of prospects. They'll be responsible for helping our field sales team maintain positive relationships and sell additional products to established customers.
Responsibilities
- Interact with existing and internal customers and/or by phone and/or e-mail.
- Use independent judgment to sell Rapiscan’s products in accordance with our company policies and service standards.
- Creates quotes and/or service agreements and assures these items reach our customers per the confirmed due date.
- Team with Outside Sales Reps and provide support for accounts in the assigned territory.
- Generate sales through prospecting, lead follow-up, and lead qualification.
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline by calling prospects and qualifying them.
- Respond to requests from potential customers for information and give online presentations.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments with regard to Rapiscan products and services.
- Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
- Track and improve “first contact to close” time.
- Maintain a log of new feature requests by customer (backlog of opportunities).
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Service Contracts Administration - 3 years of experience desired.
- Outstanding customer service and persuasive speaking skills.
- Passionate and positive attitude.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Self-starter.
- Enjoy meeting/talking to people.
- Strong General computer operating skills.
- Strong communication skills.
