We are hiring a Corporate Paralegal and Contracts Administrator who will support the General Counsel by providing a broad range of legal and administrative assistance. This role involves conducting thorough research, reviewing and drafting various legal documents, maintaining accurate corporate records, and overseeing the company's electronic contract management system. Responsibilities include managing corporate filings with state and federal authorities, organizing department files, and assisting with litigation support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities with keen attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and revise contracts, including vendor service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and general correspondence.
- Handle information requests by identifying and organizing relevant documents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the legal department.
- Coordinate document execution and notarization as needed.
- Maintain organized and easily accessible legal records.
- Serve as the primary contact for the third-party contract administration provider.
- Assist with corporate, regulatory, and compliance filings.
- Apply strong research skills in contract drafting and review.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, or a related field.
- Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or contracts administrator.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting in-house legal counsel with contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal, technical, and business documents.
- Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
- Capable of presenting information clearly to diverse audiences, including management, clients, and external stakeholders.
