Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare-related position.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist customers via phone with inquiries, updates, and changes related to claims, eligibility, referrals, PCP changes, billing, access, transportation, and general coordination of care through thorough research.
- Meet the monthly expectation of 90% accuracy in all performance measures.
- Efficiently answer a minimum of 60 inbound calls per day.
- Maintain 100% thorough documentation for every call.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements for account accuracy.
- Follow up on all open issues and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Communicate recurring issues and trends to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment required, healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.
- Familiarity with IPA operations in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with claims, eligibility, and referrals preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or IDX knowledge required.
