Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Representative for our client in Costa Mesa, CA. This is an opportunity to work with an innovative company transforming the financial industry.
- Location: Remote (CST operating hours preferred)
- Pay: $25/hour
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (with East/West Coast meetings as needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and resolve customer escalations efficiently, collaborating with internal teams
- Build strong customer relationships and improve retention through proactive support
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and provide executive-level summaries of escalations
- Stay updated on company products, ensuring effective problem resolution
- Analyze escalation trends and contribute to long-term process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS, banking, or finance
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with senior leadership effectively
