We are seeking a part-time Data & Research Administrator for a company in the construction data and business development sector. This role supports the sales team by conducting research, validating data, and organizing industry and competitive insights to drive business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Research and validate data from industry-wide tools that monitor construction activities within the market.
- Update and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring organized, accurate, and accessible information.
- Track and document competitive insights, providing updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Oversee data management processes to generate and maintain dashboard outputs.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 5 years of data management experience in a related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
