We are hiring a Doc Control for a company that specializes in the development, manufacture, and distribution of medical diagnostic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Records Management:
- Review, approve, and maintain all required quality records.
- Training and Oversight:
- Assist the supervisor in training and overseeing manufacturing personnel to meet processes, quality standards, and measurements.
- Scheduling and Workload Management:
- Collaborate with leads and the supervisor to manage schedules and establish a balanced workload.
- Contribute to achieving monthly build plans and shipping KPIs.
- Equipment Validation:
- Assist with equipment validation activities as needed.
- Variance Analysis:
- Perform work order variance analysis and follow up with investigations and corrections.
- Process Improvement:
- Participate in product development transfer teams.
- Support or initiate process improvement projects.
- Assist in validation activities.
- Employee Training Records:
- Maintain up-to-date employee training and certification records.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Compliance Resolution:
- Assist in resolving non-conformances (NC), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and customer complaints.
- Document Management:
- Author document revisions and process them through the change control system.
- Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate department hourly (non-exempt) employees in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
- Communicate compliance-related issues to management in writing.
- Quality Management System (QMS):
- Demonstrate commitment to the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in line with ISO, FDA, and other regulations.
- Environmental Management System (EMS):
- Support EMS activities and compliance with ISO14001 standards.
- Awareness of Quality Impact:
- Understand the quality consequences of improper job performance.
- Professional Conduct:
- Exhibit professionalism and behavior that reflects positively on the company.
- Policy Compliance:
- Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One year experience
- High school diploma
