Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an E-commerce Operations Coordinator for our client in Los Angeles, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the pet products industry, offering innovative solutions for pet owners.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Pay: $25–$30/hour
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (Part-time options available)

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders across multiple sales channels
- Ensure accurate product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and other ecommerce platforms
- Oversee FBA shipments and warehouse fulfillment for timely order processing
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain EDI and ordering systems
- Lead operational projects to optimize processes and improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in operations, logistics, or ecommerce coordination
- Experience working cross-functionally with warehouse, marketing, and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Familiarity with WMS, EDI, and marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
