- Pay: $125,000 - $150,000 Shift differential

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee electrical engineering projects, ensuring product design, testing, and development meet company standards.
- Communicate with overseas teams on hardware, software, and product improvements.
- Lead research initiatives to stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Provide guidance and professional development for the engineering team.
- Manage project milestones, staffing, and equipment needs to ensure successful execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in electrical engineering management.
- Experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular consumer products.
- Strong proficiency with electrical engineering tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team setting.
