Electrical Technician – Hiring Immediately!
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an electrical technician for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a technical solutions provider.
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: $19/hour
Shifts Available: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
- Locate materials, identify shortages, and assemble parts into final products following blueprints and schematics.
- Wire standard and custom panels, ensuring correct wire sizes, component placement, and secure connections.
- Measure, cut, drill, and tap materials accurately while maintaining high-quality assembly and labeling standards.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and test electrical panels for proper resistance, voltage, and amperage.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace, assist in packaging and delivery, and support warehouse operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in panel wiring, assembly, and reading schematics/blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills in standardized situations.
- Forklift operation and certification required; must have a clean driving record for occasional deliveries.
- Proficiency in industrial automation, motion control systems, and Microsoft Office; basic electrical knowledge necessary.
- Ability to operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely; must be open to overtime and occasional customer site visits.
