Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our client in Jean, NV. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established company offering long-term growth and hands-on experience with a variety of heavy machinery.
- Location: Jean, NV
- Pay: $24 /hr Depending on Experience
- Shifts Available: Monday – Friday, Saturdays as needed

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and repair heavy equipment like loaders, dozers, scrapers, and skid steers
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics
- Inspect daily pre-trips and replace faulty parts
- Work with teams on large projects and maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with management to improve maintenance processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of heavy equipment mechanic experience preferred
- Trade school or CAT degree preferred; CAT Dealer experience a plus
- Ability to operate and repair various heavy equipment
- Familiar with shop and field safety protocols; MSHA knowledge a plus
- High school diploma required; CDL B endorsement is a plus
