ERP Global Implementation Manager – Exciting Career Opportunity!
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an ERP Global Implementation Manager for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a company that commercializes maintenance and cleaning products.
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $155,000-$160,000 yearly

What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end global D365 ERP implementations across at least three international countries.
- Oversee development, testing, and implementation of D365 ERP solutions and ISVs in collaboration with Scrum Masters and enterprise architects.
- Manage a team of six or more direct reports, ensuring seamless execution and quality control.
- Handle vendor management, SLAs, and contract negotiations to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure functional expertise in finance, supply chain, or procure-to-pay is leveraged to accelerate adoption.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of ERP implementation experience, including at least three D365 global rollouts.
- 5 years of hands-on multi-country ERP development/administration experience.
- Experience leading large teams and managing enterprise-level business systems and financial ISVs.
- Proven track record working with senior stakeholders in publicly traded companies.
- Ability to travel internationally (20-30%) to China, Indonesia, Germany, France, UK, and other locations.
