Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Exam Proctor for our client in National City, CA. This is an opportunity to support California Institute of Arts & Technology (CIAT), a career-focused educational institution dedicated to preparing students for success in IT, cybersecurity, and networking.
- Location: National City, CA (On-Site)
- Pay: $19–$20/hour
- Shifts Available: Part-Time | Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (24 hours/month, tentative schedule)

What You’ll Do:
- Proctor certification and classroom-based exams, ensuring test security and compliance
- Verify student identification and manage check-in/out procedures
- Set up exam environments and enforce testing protocols
- Maintain confidentiality and document any testing incidents
- Provide clear instructions to test-takers and assist with test operations
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules consistently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, web tools)
- Prior proctoring or customer service experience preferred
