We are looking for an Export Certificate Program Coordinator for Richmond Wholesale, a company specializing in the distribution of wholesale products.
Summary:
Working independently and exercising good judgment and discretion, this role is responsible for the day-to-day Export Certificate Program, ensuring all shipping and export country requirements are met and maintained for customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer email requests and meet deadlines.
- Review and maintain USDA/USDC export requirements.
- Update and communicate changes to export requirements.
- Verify export health certificate applications with the Production Team.
- Create and maintain USDA and USDC Export Certificates.
- Handle EU documentation and provide UGR-A Slaughter Letters.
- Liaise with USDA Veterinarian and maintain relationships.
- Administer PHIS Site and train others in export certificate processing.
- Process USDC Lot Certificates and verify HS Codes.
- Scan and organize export health certificates for easy access.
- Prepare for DLA audits and manage temperature monitoring devices.
- Follow up on tasks to ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Maintain 99% accuracy on shipments and resolve claims promptly.
- Train Account Managers on creating export documentation.
- Adhere to Richmond Wholesale policies and foster collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or 4 years of experience in administration, customer service, or logistics.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and intermediate Excel.
Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally and outside the area.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment, moderate noise level.
- Requires travel using personal or company vehicle.
- Must maintain valid driver's license and liability insurance.
