What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Eastridge?

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support a company specializing in financial data analysis and corporate compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and customer data reports, providing trend analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Analyze distributor data, agreements, and rebate requests to ensure accuracy, prepare payments, and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools to improve monitoring of distribution partner performance
- Perform calculations, analysis, payment preparation, and reconciliation for various partner incentive programs
- Maintain reporting tools used for incentive program calculations
- Monitor and report distributor inventory positions monthly, addressing reconciliation issues as needed
- Lead or contribute to special projects, process improvements, and issue resolution
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance required
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis and/or strategic analysis
Skills & Competencies:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and communication skills to present findings effectively
- Ability to process large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels of an organization
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
