Position Overview:
As a General Machine Operators you will operate various machines, including collators, laminators, and punch machines. Candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced production environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of machines involved in card production processes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance on machines.
- Clean and prepare work areas and equipment for the next shift.
- Accurately complete paperwork related to machine operations.
- Follow detailed machine procedures and instructions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Basic English communication, math, and reading skills.
- Basic computer and mechanical abilities are preferred.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
- Must be able to push and pull loads using a pallet jack.
