Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy that supports growth and profitability goals.
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Establish and maintain robust risk management practices to ensure resilience and continuity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, negotiating favorable terms.
- Develop and execute supplier performance management programs ensuring quality, reliability, and innovation.
- Lead efforts to diversify the supplier base, ensuring supply chain agility.
- Oversee global logistics and distribution networks for optimized transportation and warehousing.
- Implement advanced inventory management practices to balance supply with demand.
- Lead cross-functional teams for seamless integration and alignment of supply chain activities.
- Utilize data analytics and supply chain technology for informed decision-making and improved visibility.
Experience:
- Proven track record of executing global supply chain strategies delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in leading large-scale change initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
- Deep knowledge of global supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relations.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance across regions.
- Proficiency in leveraging supply chain technology and analytics for optimization.
- Strong leadership and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global organization.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with multimillion-dollar budgets and P&L responsibilities.
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries is desirable.
- Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are a plus.
