Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Grinding Operator for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a cutting-edge ceramics manufacturing company committed to innovation, precision, and team development.
- Location: Chandler, AZ
- Pay: $23.80/hr
- Shifts Available: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3x12 schedule, paid for 40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain surface grinding machinery for ceramic products
- Load/unload materials and ensure adherence to production specs
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and light maintenance
- Follow SOPs, blueprints, and safety standards
- Report progress and issues to production supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of industrial equipment experience
- Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
