Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Health and Safety Manager for our client in Brookville, IN. This is an opportunity to work with a company committed to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies across three plant locations
- Conduct daily audits, safety observations, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and best practices
- Lead safety training programs and collaborate with teams to improve workplace safety culture
- Oversee incident investigations, corrective actions, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage environmental compliance programs, including air permits, stormwater, and spill prevention
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of experience in a manufacturing role
- 5 years in a Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) leadership position
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, training, and organizational skills
- Experience conducting audits, risk analysis, and compliance reporting
