Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Representative to support inventory accuracy and reconciliation efforts. This role involves tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining documentation to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Principal Responsibilities:- Identify and research variances between financial and physical inventory.
- Adjust, audit, and submit journal entry corrections as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder status.
- Participate in periodic and special inventory counts, ensuring accuracy.
- Reconcile discrepancies between financial records and physical inventory.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation to support inventory audits.
- Review, update, and manage inventory delivery lead times and ship/debit records.
- Investigate and contribute to process improvement initiatives, including key performance metrics.
- Update inventory systems as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Gains basic skills through work experience or formal training.
- Performs routine, repetitive, and manual tasks with minimal complexity.
- Works under supervision with detailed instructions and set priorities.
- Primarily interacts with immediate team members but may assist others within the organization as needed.
- Decisions primarily impact assigned tasks and duties.
- Less than one year of related experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift and/or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification may be required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks, including:
- Bending, stooping, squatting, twisting.
- Lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Climbing steps, stools, and ladders.
- Working at heights exceeding 15 feet.
- Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
