What are the responsibilities and job description for the IP Litigation Secretary position at Eastridge?

We are seeking a detail-oriented IP Litigation Secretary to support our IP litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience with state and federal court filings, including e-filing, and be able to manage case documents and deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Legal Support: Assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and proofing (motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.).
- E-Filing: Handle state and federal court e-filings (PACER, CM/ECF, etc.), ensuring timely submission and compliance with deadlines.
- Calendar Management: Maintain attorneys' calendars, monitor case deadlines, and schedule meetings and hearings.
- Client/Vendor Interaction: Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to coordinate case activities.
- Document Management: Organize case files, assist with discovery, and ensure proper document production and filing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of litigation secretarial experience, with 2 years in IP litigation.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e-filing systems, and legal document management software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal court rules and e-filing platforms.
