Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for our client in Newport Beach, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a law firm that specializes in providing legal services in a variety of practice areas.
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Pay: $135,000 - $165,000 Yearly

What You’ll Do:
- Represent employers in employment-related litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and single-plaintiff disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and represent clients in court for hearings and trials.
- Advise clients on compliance with California and federal employment laws, including wage and hour regulations and workplace policies.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies, while collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in employment litigation, including exposure to PAGA claims and wage and hour class actions.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, and participating in mediations.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills and practical legal counsel.
