Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay: $21.18 per hour
Shifts Available: Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:
We’re hiring a Leasing & Experience Consultant to join the on-site team at a professionally managed, highly regarded apartment community in Beaverton. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and the chance to grow your career in residential property management.
- Greet and assist prospective residents; lead community tours and highlight amenities
- Handle phone, email, and text inquiries with professionalism and care
- Guide applicants through the leasing process and assist with move-ins
- Build relationships with residents and support community events
- Maintain leasing documentation, update records, and assist with renewals
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure the office and common areas are tour-ready
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and a personable, professional demeanor
- Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport and close leases
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
