Location : Cottonwood Heights, UT (Hybrid : Onsite Thursdays)
Job Summary :
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for the Member Business Unit, you will focus on driving growth, adoption, and awareness of Member Benefits, specifically membership acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies while collaborating across multiple teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data analysis to optimize engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive membership acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business and product objectives.
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS).
- Manage an experimentation roadmap and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Leverage automation and personalization to create high-performing, always-on campaigns.
- Track, report, and provide insights on campaign performance to leadership.
- Work with the data science team to define metrics and develop performance reporting frameworks.
