- Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite to start, potential hybrid/remote)
- Pay: $100,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for overtime

What You’ll Do:
- Organize and manage large volumes of discovery and data
- Create detailed tracking spreadsheets and investigative summaries
- Draft subpoenas, discovery responses, and trial prep documents
- Support deposition prep and trial logistics for key court dates
- Collaborate closely with attorneys on litigation strategy and document review
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with trial prep focus
- Proficiency in Excel, legal research, and document management tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
- Experience handling sensitive materials and working with investigators
- Flexibility to work onsite and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
