Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Litigation Secretary for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a large, international law firm known for its excellence in complex litigation and labor and employment defense.
- Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Pay: $80,000–$110,000/year
- Shifts Available: Standard Business Hours

What You’ll Do:
- E-file legal documents in State, Federal, Appellate, and Administrative Courts
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling to minimize conflicts
- Draft, proofread, and finalize pleadings, correspondence, and legal memos
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary
- Expertise in e-filing across multiple court systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document management tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
