Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our client in Richmond, CA. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven food distribution company known for its innovation, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.
- Location: Richmond, CA
- Pay: $25 – $30/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Coordinate bookings and transportation with agencies, carriers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and international trade/export regulations
- Prepare accurate shipping and export documentation, including USDA/USDC certificates
- Monitor timelines, update systems, and maintain communication across departments
- Support logistics, export compliance, and documentation for military and international food shipments
- 3–4 years of logistics or freight booking experience; export experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
