What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Eastridge?

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for a company that specializes in the design and fabrication of aluminum frames for solar panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure and increase reliability, performance, and longevity of equipment
- Preventive maintenance: take care of detected mechanical anomalies
- Installing machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Basic 480V Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- Participate in the selection of various project equipment
- Ensure compliance to OHSA and Company EHS guidelines were met and maintained during installation and operation of new equipment
- Evaluate, suggest, and implement instrumentation and connectivity projects for our equipment
- Evaluate, suggest, and participate in automation projects for our operations
- Actively manage preventive and corrective maintenance efforts
Qualifications:
- Professional diploma in industrial mechanic or electro mechanics
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience In welding, assembly and disassembly, handling of the heavy equipment.
- Interests and skills for problem solving or troubleshooting.
- Ingenuity, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy.
- Tolerance to visual elements and odors.
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to maintain internal and external relationships
