Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our client in Desoto, TX. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established food production facility known for its high standards and team-oriented environment.
- Location: Desoto, TX
- Pay: $33.86 – $39.85/hr DOE Overtime Opportunities
- Shifts Available: Second Shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM) – Some weekends & holidays required

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and fine-tune packaging equipment (VFFS systems)
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, sensors, and field devices
- Maintain pumps, piping systems, metal detectors, and conveyors
- Document maintenance and repair activities in the MMS system
- Support safe and efficient operations in a refrigerated production facility
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and process systems
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and servo drive systems a plus
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Comfortable working in cold environments (down to 34°F) and lifting up to 70 lbs
