What You’ll Do:
- Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Use measurement tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and minor machine repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of machining experience with strong mechanical skills
- Proficiency in math, strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; vocational training a plus
- CNC machining experience is a bonus
