SUMMARY: Inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support year-end physical inventory. Experience in warehouse operations and attention to detail are required. Familiarity with NetSuite WMS is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform regular cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update records in WMS.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in maintaining organized warehouse stock.
- Communicate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Report counts results and discrepancies to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three years’ related experience in Warehouse & Inventory Environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
