Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Medical Device Machine Operators for our client in Clinton, MA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of life-saving medical devices in a cleanroom production environment.
- Location: Clinton, MA
- Pay: $21/hour
- Shifts Available: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 12-Hour Rotating Schedule: 2 Days On / 2 Days Off, Every Other Weekend
- Week A: 36 Hours (3 Days) | Week B: 48 Hours (4 Days)

What You’ll Do:
- Operate machines and assemble medical devices using torque tools and precision hardware
- Perform functional tests on completed products following documented procedures
- Pull materials, complete system updates, and maintain proper documentation
- Follow cleanroom and safety standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation using 5S principles
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule
- High attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality protocols
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
