Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a premier provider of workforce management solutions, is dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently hiring an Operator to join a leading pharmaceutical capsule manufacturing company in Vista, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and maintain safe work practices.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of aseptic techniques.
- Prepare solutions, perform aseptic filling, and label vials under both sterile and non-sterile conditions.
- Conduct routine solution filtration, vial preparation, and sterilization.
- Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in classified cleanrooms and controlled environments.
- Operate various processing equipment, including autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, depyrogenation units, centrifuges, and mills.
- Sanitize production areas and prepare equipment for manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including logbooks and batch records.
- Perform COP, CIP, and SIP operations to prepare equipment for manufacturing.
- Wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes).
- Gown appropriately for controlled manufacturing areas.
- Lift, pull, or push equipment requiring up to 25-50 lbs of force.
Qualifications:
- 0 – 2 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
