Key ResponsibilitiesUser-Centered Design- Lead the UX and UI design efforts across our product suite, crafting intuitive and seamless user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously refine and innovate our design approach.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and usability tests, ensuring designs are optimized for user engagement and efficiency.
- Design visually compelling, on-brand interfaces that enhance user experiences.
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and assets, ensuring seamless handoff to development teams.
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in biotech or healthcare related industry.
- Advanced education (Master s degree preferred) from a top-tier design institution (e.g., PRATT, SVA, Parsons, NYU, or equivalent).
