Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
