Production Operator – Hiring Immediately!
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Operator for our client in Clinton, MA. This is an opportunity to work with a growing manufacturer that values precision, quality, and a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18.25 - $19.71/hour Overtime Opportunities
Shifts Available: Multiple shifts available, including day and evening – flexible scheduling required

What You’ll Do:
- Operate pad printers, lasers, assembly lines, and other finishing or assembly equipment.
- Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts to ensure print clarity and proper alignment.
- Complete documentation accurately following Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
- Follow detailed work instructions and operator guides.
- Sort and rework parts as needed.
- Communicate effectively between shifts and with team members on part or process issues.
- Enter scrap and label information accurately into the system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or agricultural settings is a plus.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of plastic injection molding is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks as needed on the production floor.
