Job description
As a Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This is a critical role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess product quality
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant quality standards
- Train and supervise quality control staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Fabricate and maintain quality control documentation, including reports, procedures, and records
- Perform precision measurements using various instruments to verify product specifications
- Conduct internal quality audits to assess adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Continuously monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations
- Experience working with quality systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability to fabricate and maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
