What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the QC laboratory operations and manage the technical staff
- Supervise testing of raw materials, in-process materials, bulk, finished products, and stability samples
- Conduct and review analytical data, and investigate test failures or deviations
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and company policies in all laboratory functions
- Manage method transfers, validations, and the development of Standard Testing Methods (STMs)
- Support R&D projects and laboratory improvements
- Provide training and ensure compliance with good laboratory practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong foundation in analytical techniques, including sample preparation and equipment operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing a chemistry team and coordinating QC testing activities
- Strong leadership and training skills for laboratory staff
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical setting
